Meet this Gang of Outlaws
They are like living with a bunch of perpetual children. They make me laugh, they make me sing, they make me cry, and they can bite me so hard they take my breath away. They live life on their terms. I can respect that.

Tango is my first bird. He was 7 months old when he entered my life, that was nearly 18 years ago now. If I have a favorite, he's it from simple longevity. He's a wonderful willing buddy. He loves to do live demonstrations and has done more than we can count over the years. He loves to spend time in his outside cage, and hang out on his ringstand. And he'll be your friend forever if you will give him cheese or peanut butter!! |

Coco has only been with me a year, even though he's about 10 years old. He's one of those birds that has an absolute amazing affinity for speaking. He's got a huge vocabulary, uses much of it correctly, plays word games with you, is not shy about talking with strangers in the house and is just a big sweet phenomenal African Grey. His speech is clear and concise and he continues to add new phrases and voices to his amazing repertoire. I hope to make some recordings and post them here, so check back by, you should be able to hear Coco calling Myrtle...YOOO HOOO MYYYYYRTLE... Coco's calling... soon.

| Miss Fred originally started out as a breeder with her mate Sam, but we lost Sam a few years back. So Miss Fred was brought back into the house. She's a yellow nape Amazon and until the loss of her mate she was a phenomenal talker with a vocabulary of more than 300 words and phrases. She still entertains me with a little speech once in a while. She loves apples and just hanging out in the bird room. I hope with time she will again grace us with her big voice and impressive conversational abilities. |
| Caroline is a Hawkhead. She was bought years ago as an intended breeder. Some how she never made it out of the house. She's got a charming little high pitched voice and she squeaks more than talks. Her favorite noise is the imitate my squeaking back door. She will go to nearly anyone and can be a terror to other birds. She's not big as a minute but she's absolutely fearless. And she's a big flirt with Jibber the Bluefront. |

Still to come: Jibber the Bluefront, Stumpy the Goffin and Sierra the other African Grey. Hopefully I'll figure out some audio for this page soon and you'll be able to hear Jibber, who loves to sing his own songs and Coco!!!
